Provider accuracy leaderboard
Scores data vendors on whether their answers were RIGHT, not whether their API was up.
Three data modes, not two. A measured board with zero rows is the normal state before the first credentialed run, and calling that ‘every row came from a live call’ would be technically true and actively misleading.
null means unmeasured, never zero. Always check scored before quoting a hit_rate.
